Q: I just want to get “fit” and don’t wanna look like a bodybuilder. Can I still use this program?
Absolutely. In fact… to look like a pro bodybuilder… because of your Skinny Fat genetics you’d have to take a massive amount of steroids… Which I don’t recommend. Ultimately what you end up looking like will be determined by your diet so you have complete control over how big (within reason) or how “fit” you become.

Q: Can I train at home?
